These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the najibet website at najibet.net and any associated mobile or browser-based application ("the Platform"). The Terms are effective from the date of your registration and remain in force until your account is closed.

1.1 Agreement by Registration

By completing the najibet registration process and ticking the confirmation checkbox, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.2 Agreement by Use

If you access any part of the najibet Platform — including browsing games, viewing odds, or logging in — you are deemed to have accepted these Terms regardless of whether you have formally completed registration. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

1.3 Capacity to Contract

You represent and warrant that you are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You confirm that you are not acting on behalf of a third party and that all funds you deposit and wager on najibet are your own and are not derived from illegal sources.

najibet is an adult entertainment platform. Access to and use of the najibet Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

2.1 Age Verification

najibet conducts age verification as part of the account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID card, passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued document confirming your date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the required timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal rights and, ultimately, account closure.

2.2 Minor Protection

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All deposits made to such an account will be returned to the originating payment method where technically feasible. All winnings accumulated on an account belonging to a minor are forfeited in their entirety. najibet encourages all account holders who share devices with minors to use appropriate parental control software and to keep their najibet login credentials strictly confidential.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on najibet. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, najibet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and withhold all balances pending a fraud investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your najibet username and password. najibet will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or telephone. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other website or application.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available on your account.
• Log out of your najibet account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify najibet support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

najibet accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their account credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

najibet operates a KYC programme consistent with responsible platform management. You may be required to provide identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, prior to your first withdrawal, when your account balance exceeds specified thresholds, or when najibet's security systems flag activity for review. Accepted documents include: National ID card (NID), passport, driving licence, and utility bills or bank statements for address verification. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with the najibet Privacy Policy.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

najibet supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and direct bank transfer via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are also accepted subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile wallet methods.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your najibet account within 60 seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours depending on the originating bank. najibet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

To be eligible to withdraw funds from your najibet account, you must:

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

najibet commits to processing verified withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. najibet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on najibet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Displayed amounts use the ৳ symbol followed by Western Arabic numerals. No hidden currency conversion fees are applied by najibet on BDT transactions.

najibet offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion, which are published on the Platform at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of twenty times the bonus amount before withdrawal of any associated funds is permitted.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 or over who are in good standing on the najibet Platform. najibet reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its discretion. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except through the completion of applicable wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate najibet's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. najibet reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to close the accounts involved without prior notice.

5.4 Promotion Amendments

najibet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a Player has completed the applicable wagering requirements, any remaining bonus balance will be removed from the account. Real-money funds deposited in connection with the promotion will not be affected.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

najibet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the stated odds were published in error; the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; the Platform suspects the integrity of the relevant event has been compromised; or applicable law or regulatory guidance requires it. In all cases where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Player's account.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on najibet. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and within individual game interfaces. Stake limits may vary by game, market, event type, and Player account status. najibet reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or incorrect data feed affecting the display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances, najibet reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their correct state. The principle that applies is: no bet stands where the Platform has made a manifest error in the odds or game outcome data. najibet will investigate all reported errors in good faith and communicate outcomes to affected Players within a reasonable timeframe.

6.4 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events including cricket matches, table tennis tournaments, and darts fixtures. Live betting markets may be suspended at any time at najibet's discretion — for example, during significant moments in a match, following a scoring event, or where the integrity of the market is in question. Bets placed before a market suspension are settled based on the confirmed result; bets placed after an unconfirmed event may be voided.

6.5 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the najibet Platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or AI-assisted tools.
• Arbitrage betting across multiple platforms in a manner designed to exploit pricing discrepancies.
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption relating to a real-world sporting event.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your najibet account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable withdrawal verification steps.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by najibet

najibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Detection of duplicate account usage.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. najibet will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder at their registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee as set out in the applicable fee schedule, provided this does not result in a negative account balance.

najibet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. It should never be seen as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses.

8.1 Player-Controlled Tools

Every najibet account holder has access to the following responsible gaming tools, which can be activated through account settings or by contacting support:

8.3 18+ Enforcement

najibet enforces the 18+ age restriction without exception. Any Player found to be under 18 years of age will have their account closed immediately, all deposits returned where possible, and all winnings forfeited. najibet cooperates fully with any legal authority investigating underage gambling activity.

9.1 Platform Availability

najibet makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. However, najibet does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or unaffected by technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events. najibet shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability.

9.2 Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, najibet's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim. najibet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity.

9.3 Third-Party Services

The najibet Platform integrates third-party services including payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe), and data feed providers. najibet is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services. Any disputes relating to third-party payment processing should be directed to the relevant payment service provider in the first instance.

9.4 Player Responsibility

Players are solely responsible for: ensuring their use of the Platform complies with local laws applicable to them; the security of their account credentials; any tax obligations arising from gambling winnings under applicable Bangladeshi law; and the accuracy of all personal information provided to najibet.

10.1 Amendments to These Terms

najibet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 7.1.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the najibet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and najibet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.
